Quality: Be assured that the artist uses the finest quality art materials. The intent is to create art that will last for generations.

Accuracy: We have taken care to accurately describe and depict the art work presented, but there are limitations in the technology. All monitors are slightly different in color calibration, so the color may vary on each screen. Also, resolution is much lower than print and it is light projected rather than light reflected. The art always looks much better when viewed directly.

Availability: Since most of these items are one of a kind, the purchase of art work is subject to availability. If a piece is ordered that has been sold online moments before, then your money will be refunded of course.

Copyright: The artist reserves all rights. You may purchase and own the physical object of art but you have not purchased the right to copy or reproduce it. The artist always retains the copyright to their work by law and is entitled to produce prints of that orginal work or to display it on the Internet as samples of work. If you would like to purchase limited rights, please email and let us know the purpose you have in mind.

Payment: We accept US Currency only. You may also print the order form and send it through the mail with a money order, cashiers check or personal check. For personal checks, please allow 10 business days for the check to clear. For international orders, please email us first, since there may be additional shipping, fees, duties, or other charges for your country.

International Sales: If you live outside the USA, please email us first before your purchase so we can quote shipping outside the United States and any applicable governmental taxes, fees, duties, or other charges.

Changes: The web site pricing, descriptions, availability, and terms are subject to change at any time, without notice, and without obligation and are effective immediately. The prices shown do not include applicable taxes, shipping and handling, which are an additional cost.
